Adrian Maples (Adrian, MI) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Addison Panthers (Addison, MI), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Maples (12-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Tecumseh (Tecumseh, MI). The Indians come into the South Eastern - White challenge with a 39-1 record. In their last challenge, Tecumseh beat Madison (Adrian, MI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Grass Lake Warriors (Grass Lake, MI) in a Cascades test, on Tuesday, October 21. Addison will attempt to advance on its 4-22 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 17-12 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Stockbridge (Stockbridge, MI).
