In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Lemmon Cowboys volleyball team scored a 2-0 win over the Belle Fourche Broncs.
Next up, the Cowboys face the Bennett County Warriors (Martin, SD) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 18. Lemmon will attempt to advance on its 22-5 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 27-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Todd County (Mission, SD).
The Broncs (6-23) will now prepare for their outing against St. Thomas More (Rapid City, SD). The Cavaliers go into the A Region 8 game with a 26-9 record. In their last game, St. Thomas More gained a win over Custer (Custer, SD), 3-0, in a league game.
