Byron Center Bulldogs (Byron Center, MI) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Bronson Vikings (Bronson, MI), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs (28-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI). The Sailors come into the Ottawa-Kent - Green challenge with a 19-13 record. In their last challenge, Mona Shores beat Fruitport (Fruitport, MI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings play the Reading Rangers (Reading, MI) in a game, on Tuesday, October 21. Bronson will attempt to advance on its 28-17 season record. The Rangers go into the game with a 3-19 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Litchfield (Litchfield, MI).
