The Portage Central Mustangs topped the visiting Bronson Vikings volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

The Spartans come into the outing with a 35-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Calhoun Christian (Battle Creek, MI).

With the loss, Bronson drops to 28-17 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Reading (Reading, MI) to confront the Rangers in a game on Tuesday, October 21. The Rangers enter the game with a record of 3-19. Reading won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Litchfield (Litchfield, MI)
