The St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays topped the visiting DeQuincy Tigers volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Fighting Blue Jays now possess a 12-12 record. They play next when they travel to Jennings for a non-league outing on Monday, October 20. St. Edmund will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Iowa (Iowa, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-11.
With the defeat, DeQuincy moves to 10-11 on the season. The Tigers travel to LaGrange (Lake Charles, LA) to confront the Gators in a non-league game on Tuesday, October 21. The Gators go into the game with a record of 10-5.
