The Lemmon Cowboys topped the host Faith Longhorns volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Cowboys confront the Bennett County Warriors (Martin, SD) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 18. Lemmon will attempt to advance on its 22-5 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 27-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Todd County (Mission, SD).

With the loss, Faith drops to 9-18 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Timber Lake (Timber Lake, SD) to play the Panthers in a B Region 8 outing on Tuesday, October 21. The Panthers come into the outing with a record of 7-20. Timber Lake won 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Sully Buttes (Onida, SD)
