Michigan High School Volleyball - North Muskegon Fruitport

In Saturday's non-league bout, the Fruitport Trojans (Fruitport, MI) volleyball team overcame the host North Muskegon Norsemen (North Muskegon, MI), by a count of 2-0.

The Trojans (23-11) will now prepare for their contest against Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI). The Sailors enter the non-league contest with a 16-13 record. In their last contest, Mona Shores was knocked off by Caledonia (Caledonia, MI), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Norsemen battle the Ravenna Bulldogs (Ravenna, MI) in a Western Michigan contest, on Tuesday, October 21. North Muskegon will attempt to move on its 19-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 7-14 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Montague (Montague, MI).
