The Lakeshore Lancers volleyball team (Stevensville, MI), was tipped 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Hanover-Horton Comets (Horton, MI)

The Comets (31-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Leslie (Leslie, MI). The Blackhawks enter the Cascades challenge with a 16-22 record. In their last challenge, Leslie was tipped by Dansville (Dansville, MI), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lancers meet the Central Bearcats (Battle Creek, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 22. Lakeshore will attempt to upgrade on its 16-15 season record. The Bearcats enter the challenge with a 3-22 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Harper Creek (Battle Creek, MI).
