Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Huskies (16-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 19-9 record. In their last challenge, Ardrey Kell gained a win over East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 3-1, in a non-league test.
The Sabres now sport a 13-12 record.
