In Saturday's non-league test, the host Marist RedHawks volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Nazareth Academy Roadrunners.
With the win, Marist improves its record to 24-5 on the season. The RedHawks host Carmel (Mundelein, IL) to face the Corsairs in a East Suburban Catholic test on Tuesday, October 21. The Corsairs go into the test with a record of 25-9. Carmel won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Warren Township (Gurnee, IL)
The Roadrunners now own a 13-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plainfield Central for a non-league test on Saturday, October 18. Nazareth Academy will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Oswego East (Oswego, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-18.
