The Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Fighting Cardinals (Norris City, IL) volleyball overcame the host Mt. Carmel Golden Aces (Mt. Carmel, IL), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league match.

Next up, the Fighting Cardinals battle the Edwards County Lions (Albion, IL) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 18. Norris City-Omaha-Enfield will attempt to move on its 32-1 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 25-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Hamilton County (McLeansboro, IL).
