The New Prairie Cougars volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host South Bend Saint Joseph Huskies to 1 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now possess a 14-17 record. They play next when they travel to Mishawaka Marian for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 18. New Prairie will clash with a Knights team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over South Bend Washington (South Bend, IN). The Knights record now stands at 21-11.

With the loss, South Bend Saint Joseph falls to 14-16 on the year.
