West Carroll Thunder (Savanna, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host River Ridge Wildcats (Hanover, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, West Carroll improves its record to 9-18 on the season. The Thunder travel to East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL) to face the Warriors in a Northwest Upstate Illini test on Tuesday, October 21. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 11-13. East Dubuque lost 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Stockton (Stockton, IL)

Next, the Wildcats meet the Stockton Blackhawks (Stockton, IL) in a Northwest Upstate Illini challenge, on Tuesday, October 21. River Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 7-20 season record.
