In Saturday's non-league match, the Sandia Prep Sundevils (Albuquerque, NM) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Robertson Cardinals (Las Vegas, NM), by a count of 3-0.
Next up, the Sundevils battle the Bosque Bobcats (Albuquerque, NM) in a 3A District 5 battle, on Tuesday, October 21. Sandia Prep will attempt to improve on its 13-4 season record. The Bobcats go into the battle with a 8-9 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Navajo Pine (Navajo, NM).
The Cardinals now own a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Santa Fe Prep for a 3A District 2 battle on Tuesday, October 21. Robertson will battle a Blue Griffins team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM). The Blue Griffins record now stands at 11-5.
