The Santa Fe Indian Braves volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Tohatchi Cougars to 0 in the Braves non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Braves now possess a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Las Vegas for a 3A District 2 game on Tuesday, October 21. Santa Fe Indian will confront a Dons squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM). The Dons record now stands at 10-7.

The Cougars (13-4) will now prepare for their game against Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM). The Eagles go into the 3A District 1 game with a 4-12 record. In their last game, Navajo Prep gained a win over Newcomb (Newcomb, NM), 3-0, in a league game.
