In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting West Central Trojans volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Tri-Valley Mustangs.

With the win, West Central advances its record to 17-8 on the season. The Trojans host Garretson (Garretson, SD) to face the Blue Dragons in a A Region 3 test on Tuesday, October 21. The Blue Dragons go into the test with a record of 3-20. Garretson lost 3-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Hills-Beaver Creek (Hills, MN)

Next, the Mustangs play the Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 21. Tri-Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 11-16 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD).
