The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Marlboro Central Dukes (Marlboro, NY) and the visiting Port Jervis Raiders (Port Jervis, NY), saw Marlboro Central's volleyball squad beat Port Jervis by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Marlboro Central upgrades its record to 6-8 on the year. The Dukes travel to Rondout Valley (Accord, NY) to play the Ganders in a MHAL bout on Thursday, October 20. The Ganders go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Rondout Valley lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Our Lady of Lourdes (Poughkeepsie, NY)

The Raiders now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Cornwall Central for a Section 9 Orange County III bout on Friday, October 21. Port Jervis will play a Dragons squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Minisink Valley (Slate Hill, NY). The Dragons record now stands at 33-5.
