California High School Football - Rancho Cotate felled by Casa Grande

The Rancho Cotate Cougars football team (Rohnert Park, CA), was knocked off 30-7 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Casa Grande Gauchos (Petaluma, CA)

The Gauchos (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against San Marin (Novato, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, San Marin was knocked off by College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA), 30-7, in a non-league challenge.

The Cougars now sport a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Marin Catholic for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 28. Rancho Cotate will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 7-7 league Redwood (Larkspur, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.
