The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT) and the visiting Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT), saw Valley Regional's soccer squad knock off Cromwell by a margin of 4-1.

The Warriors now sport a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Montville for a non-league test on Saturday, October 21. Valley Regional will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 0-0 league St. Bernard (Uncasville, CT). The Wolves record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Cromwell drops to 5-2 on the season. The Panthers host Morgan (Clinton, CT) to meet the Huskies in a Shoreline test on Monday, October 23. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 10-0. Morgan won 3-2 in their recent league test against Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT)
