In Thursday's non-league battle, the host King George Foxes volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Culpeper County Blue Devils.
The Foxes (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Courtland (Spotsylvania, VA). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 16-0 record. In their last outing, Courtland notched a victory over Caroline (Milford, VA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
The Blue Devils now own a 4-14 record. They play next when they host Spotsylvania for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 24. Culpeper County will play a Knights squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Chancellor (Fredericksburg, VA). The Knights record now stands at 10-5.
