The Gladiators (13-3) will now prepare for their battle against Maryvale Prep (Phoenix, AZ). The Matador come into the non-league battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Maryvale Prep tipped Ray (Kearny, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league match.

With the loss, Anthem Prep drops to 7-11 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Desert Heights Prep (Glendale, AZ) to clash with the Yote in a 1A - Central match on Monday, October 23.
