In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Dinwiddie Generals volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Meadowbrook Monarchs.
The Generals (7-8) will now prepare for their battle against Thomas Dale (Chester, VA). The Knights come into the Central battle with a 11-9 record. In their last battle, Thomas Dale achieved victory over Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA), 3-2, in a league battle.
Next, the Monarchs clash with the Colonial Heights Colonials (Colonial Heights, VA) in a Central battle, on Tuesday, October 24. Meadowbrook will attempt to advance on its 6-9 season record. The Colonials come into the battle with a 18-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Petersburg (Petersburg, VA).
