In Thursday's league battle, the host Edison Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Lewis Lancers.

The Eagles (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Justice (Falls Church, VA). The Wolves come into the National battle with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, Justice defeated Hayfield (Alexandria, VA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Lancers encounter the Hayfield Hawks (Alexandria, VA) in a National battle, on Monday, October 23. Lewis will attempt to move on its 6-10 season record. The Hawks come into the battle with a 10-5 record after their 3-2 league loss to Justice (Falls Church, VA).
