The Louisa County Lions volleyball team (Mineral, VA), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA)

The Flying Flucos (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Godwin (Richmond, VA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 12-7 record. In their last challenge, Godwin defeated Freeman (Richmond, VA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions encounter the Orange County Fighting Hornets (Orange, VA) in a Jefferson challenge, on Monday, October 23. Louisa County will attempt to move on its 8-9 season record. The Fighting Hornets enter the challenge with a 2-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA).
