In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Salinas Cowboys volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the King City Mustangs.

The Cowboys (24-5) will now prepare for their battle against Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 15-8 record. In their last battle, Los Gatos achieved victory over Gunn (Palo Alto, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
