The KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate Panthers volleyball team (Lynn, MA), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host St. Mary's Spartans (Lynn, MA)
With the win, St. Mary's upgrades its record to 10-6 on the year. The Spartans host Salem (Salem, MA) to play the Witches in a non-league bout on Monday, October 23. The Witches go into the bout with a record of 6-11. Salem lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Somerville (Somerville, MA)
The Panthers (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Academy of Notre Dame (Tyngsborough, MA). The Lancers enter the Commonwealth Lower test with a 0-9 record. In their last test, Academy of Notre Dame was knocked off by Northeast Metro RVT (Wakefield, MA), 3-1, in a league test.
