The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the McDonogh 35 Roneagles (New Orleans, LA) and the visiting Morris Jeff Community Pelicans (New Orleans, LA), saw McDonogh 35's volleyball squad beat Morris Jeff Community by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, McDonogh 35 upgrades its record to 24-3 on the year. The Roneagles host Eleanor McMain (New Orleans, LA) to play the Mustangs in a Division III District 9 bout on Monday, October 23. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 3-16.

The Pelicans now own a 2-15 record. They play next when they host Kennedy for a bout on Tuesday, October 24.
