The Jamaica Beavers football squad scored 34 points and limited the visiting Douglass Academy Lions to 8 in the Beavers league triumph on Saturday.
The Beavers now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Washington for a PSAL 1A test on Saturday, October 26. Jamaica will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Smith (Bronx, NY). The Trojans record now stands at 3-2.
