With the loss, Carlsbad moves to 2-17 on the year. The Cavemen/cavegirls host Hobbs (Hobbs, NM) to encounter the Eagles in a 5A District 4 challenge on Tuesday, October 22. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 12-6. Hobbs won 2-1 in their recent league challenge against Clovis (Clovis, NM)
