In Saturday's league outing, the host Lee Academy Pandas soccer squad scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Penobscot Valley Howlers.
The Pandas (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME). The Royals go into the Class D - North outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Jonesport-Beals by Sumner (East Sullivan, ME), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Howlers play the Central Red Devils (East Corinth, ME) in a non-league outing, on Monday, October 21. Penobscot Valley will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Red Devils go into the outing with a 5-6 record after their 4-3 league win over Foxcroft Academy (Dover-Foxcroft, ME).
