Illinois High School Volleyball - Clinton over Central A & M

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Clinton Maroons (Clinton, IL) and the visiting Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL), observed Clinton's volleyball team top Central A & M by a count of 2-0.

The Maroons (12-18) will now prepare for their contest against Warrensburg-Latham (Warrensburg, IL). The Cardinals enter the non-league contest with a 17-11 record. In their last contest, Warrensburg-Latham notched a victory over Shelbyville (Shelbyville, IL), 2-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Raiders battle the Tuscola Warriors (Tuscola, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 19. Central A & M will attempt to move on its 6-23 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 5-19 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to St. Teresa (Decatur, IL).
