Fontainebleau Bulldogs (Mandeville, LA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Newman Greenies (New Orleans, LA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Fontainebleau improves its record to 23-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Northshore (Slidell, LA) to face the Panthers in a Division I District 6 test on Saturday, October 19. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 12-9. Northshore won 3-0 in their recent league test against Mandeville (Mandeville, LA)

The Greenies now own a 18-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hahnville for a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. Newman will face a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 21-5.
