West Virginia High School Volleyball - Hoover over Nitro

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Hoover Huskies volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Nitro Wildcats.

The Huskies (40-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln County (Hamlin, WV). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 5-22 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln County was beaten by Scott (Madison, WV), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Ripley Vikings (Ripley, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 19. Nitro will attempt to upgrade on its 11-20 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 13-11 record after their 3-2 non-league win over St. Albans (St. Albans, WV).
