Morrill Lions (Morrill, NE) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Sioux County Warriors (Harrison, NE), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Morrill improves its record to 21-8 on the season. The Lions travel to Hay Springs (Hay Springs, NE) to face the Hawks in a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 16-9. Hay Springs lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Morrill (Morrill, NE)

The Warriors now own a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cody-Kilgore for a non-league test on Saturday, October 19. Sioux County will face a Cowboys/Cowgirls squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Sioux County (Harrison, NE). The Cowboys/Cowgirls record now stands at 5-20.
