The crowd at Monday's non-league test between the Watertown Purple Tigers (Watertown, TN) and the visiting Cannon County Lions (Woodbury, TN), saw Watertown's soccer squad get by Cannon County by a margin of 2-1.
The Purple Tigers now sport a 6-5 record.
With the loss, Cannon County drops to 1-11 on the season. The Lions host Middle Tennessee Christian (Murfreesboro, TN) to meet the Cougars in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3.
