The Alleghany Trojans topped the visiting Galax Maroon Tide volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Trojans now have a 12-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Wilkes for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3.

The Maroon Tide (3-11) will now prepare for their test against Giles (Pearisburg, VA). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Giles gained a win over George Wythe (Wytheville, VA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
