The West Brunswick Trojans volleyball team (Shallotte, NC), was dropped 2-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Hoggard Vikings (Wilmington, NC)

The Vikings (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates enter the non-league challenge with a 16-0 record. In their last challenge, Topsail defeated West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Ashley Screaming Eagle (Wilmington, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. West Brunswick will attempt to move on its 0-13 season record. The Screaming Eagle enter the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Coastal Christian (Wilmington, NC).
