The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Woodstock North Thunder (Woodstock, IL) and the visiting Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL), saw Woodstock North's volleyball squad beat Johnsburg by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Woodstock North upgrades its record to 13-10 on the year. The Thunder travel to Harvard (Harvard, IL) to play the Hornets in a bout on Wednesday, October 4. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 0-4.

The Skyhawks now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Mundelein for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 7.
