North Carolina High School Soccer - Manteo knocks off Camden County

The Manteo Redskins soccer team scored 4 points and limited the host Camden County Bruins to 0 in the Redskins league victory on Monday.

Next, the Redskins face the Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A contest, on Wednesday, October 4. Manteo will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Aces enter the contest with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Camden County (Camden, NC).

The Bruins now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southside for a non-league contest on Thursday, October 5. Camden County will face a Seahawks team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Washington Montessori (Washington, NC). The Seahawks record now stands at 9-4.
