In Monday's non-league battle, the host Norwich RVT Warriors soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Windham RVT Mighty Tigers.
The Warriors (7-0) will now prepare for their battle against Plainfield (Central Village, CT). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Plainfield was nudged by Harvard Ellis Tech (Killingly, CT), 5-2, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Mighty Tigers battle the Grasso Tech Eagles (Groton, CT) in a bout, on Friday, October 6. Windham RVT will attempt to move on its 5-3 season record.
