The Liberty Eagles routed the host Howell North Knights softball squad by a final score of 10-4 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Eagles (16-7) will now prepare for their battle against Winfield (Winfield, MO). The Warriors go into the non-league battle with a 14-8 record. In their last battle, Winfield was routed by Elsberry (Elsberry, MO), 11-1, in a non-league battle.

The Knights now possess a 13-14 record. They play next when they travel to Troy-Buchanan for a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 3. Howell North will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Rock Bridge (Columbia, MO). The Trojans record now stands at 19-6.
