The Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA) volleyball were winner over the host Arleta Mustangs (Arleta, CA), 3-0 in Monday's league outing.
With the win, Poly betters its record to 16-9 on the year. The Parrots travel to Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA) to face the Rough Riders in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 4. The Rough Riders go into the outing with a record of 8-3. Roosevelt won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Huntington Park (Huntington Park, CA)
The Mustangs now sport a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Grant for a East Valley outing on Thursday, October 5. Arleta will face a Lancers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to University (Los Angeles, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 11-10.
