The Pottsville Apaches volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Atkins Red Devils to 0 in the Apaches non-league victory on Monday.
The Apaches now have a 16-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mills University Studies for a 4A Central game on Tuesday, October 3. Pottsville will meet a Comets team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Lonoke (Lonoke, AR). The Comets record now stands at 4-7.
The Red Devils (6-11) will now prepare for their game against Harding Academy (Searcy, AR). The Wildcats enter the 3A Northwest game with a 13-4 record. In their last game, Harding Academy gained a win over Mayflower (Mayflower, AR), 3-1, in a non-league game.
