The Berry Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pickens County Tornadoes to 2 in the Wildcats league victory on Monday.
The Wildcats now have a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hubbertville for a non-league game on Wednesday, October 4. Berry will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Phillips (Bear Creek, AL). The Lions record now stands at 3-7.
The Tornadoes (5-12) will now prepare for their game against Central (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Falcons enter the non-league game with a 4-18 record. In their last game, Central was nudged by Bibb County (Centreville, AL), 3-2, in a non-league game.
