Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Central overwhelmed by Longmeadow

The Central Golden Eagles volleyball team (Springfield, MA), went down 3-0 in Monday's league challenge with the visiting Longmeadow Lancers (Longmeadow, MA)

The Lancers (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Minnechaug Regional (Wilbraham, MA). The Falcons come into the Pioneer Valley - Eastern A challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Minnechaug Regional went down by Amherst-Pelham Regional (Amherst, MA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Golden Eagles encounter the Westfield Bombers (Westfield, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 4. Central will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Bombers come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Frontier Regional (South Deerfield, MA).
