The Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES held off the host Craig County Rockets volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league test.

The EAGLES now have a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3. Roanoke Valley Christian will confront a Ospreys team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Ospreys record now stands at 3-11.

The Rockets (0-11) will now prepare for their test against Narrows (Narrows, VA). The Green Waves enter the Pioneer test with a 1-10 record. In their last test, Narrows was nudged by Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA), 3-1, in a league test.
