The East Webster Wolverines (Maben, MS) volleyball overcame the visiting Grenada Chargers (Grenada, MS), 3-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, East Webster upgrades its record to 14-5 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Smithville (Smithville, MS) to face the Seminoles in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 3. The Seminoles go into the outing with a record of 12-8. Smithville lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Booneville (Booneville, MS)

The Chargers now own a 10-9 record. They play next when they host Shaw for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 3. Grenada will face a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over West Tallahatchie (Webb, MS). The Warriors record now stands at 2-10.
