The Griswold Wolverines volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Fitch Falcons to 1 in the Wolverines non-league victory on Monday.

The Wolverines now have a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coventry for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 3. Griswold will meet a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 league win over Ellington (Ellington, CT). The Patriots record now stands at 5-4.

The Falcons (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Windham (Willimantic, CT). The Whippets enter the non-league game with a 4-6 record. In their last game, Windham dropped by Montville (Oakdale, CT), 3-0, in a league game.
