The McLean County Cougars volleyball team (Calhoun, KY), went down 3-1 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Heritage Christian Academy Warriors (Hopkinsville, KY)

The Warriors (11-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Webster County (Dixon, KY). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 8-11 record. In their last challenge, Webster County went down by Caldwell County (Princeton, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars encounter the Hancock County Hornets (Lewisport, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 3. McLean County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-18 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 2-20 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Cannelton (Cannelton, IN).
