The New London Whalers volleyball team (New London, CT), was dropped 3-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Killingly Redmen (Killingly, CT)

The Redmen (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Norwich Free Academy was dropped by Waterford (Waterford, CT), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Whalers meet the Windham RVT Mighty Tigers (Willimantic, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 4. New London will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Mighty Tigers enter the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Putnam (Putnam, CT).
